Our backers include Accel, EQT Growth, Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sprints, and TPG.Information About The PositionAs a Manager of Data Science & Analytics (DSA), you will set up and lead a team of Data Scientists. We are currently looking for 2 candidates, for the homepage recommender team in the Buyer domain and the listing upload AI automation team in the Supply domain.You and your team will be responsible for the discovery, implementation, productionisation and monitoring of new and existing ML models that are integrated into our product and generate value to our members. Your team will own the success metrics and impact estimation of each project through offline and online experimentation. You will be responsible for the delivery management of the data science products in your team, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product and design, and the growth of individual contributors and the entire team.You’ll report to the Director of Data Science & Analytics in your domain and work closely with the leadership in your team to ensure smooth collaboration, strategic clarity and timely delivery in your area.We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the products we are building together.
