Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager of Engineering, located in Eindhoven with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Manager of Engineering will lead and mentor a team, oversee the development and delivery of technical projects, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing engineering operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and maintaining the highest standards for product development and system designs. Qualifications Strong technical leadership and team management skillsProficiency in software development processes, system design, and cloud-based technologiesExperience in agile methodologies, project management, and cross-functional collaborationFamiliarity with cybersecurity concepts, IT, OT, IoT, or IoMT environmentsProblem-solving aptitude and decision-making skills to address complex engineering challengesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members, stakeholders, and clientsDegree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; advanced degree preferredExperience in cybersecurity, asset management, or related industries is a plus
