PharmaCrop Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and highly ethical Manager of Healthcare Partnerships to join our team, focusing on the NSW, ACT, and WA territories. This is a full-time, Sydney-based role in the exciting and rapidly growing Medicinal Cannabis industry.Are you passionate about patient care and driven to work autonomously in a strategic role? We pride ourselves on having high moral standards, a collaborative team environment, and a commitment to customer service excellence.As the Manager of Healthcare Partnerships, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and strategically managing relationships to drive the uptake of PharmaCrop’s Medicinal Cannabis portfolio among key Healthcare Professionals across your territory.Key Responsibilities:Territory Management: Overseeing strategic engagement and relationship management across NSW, ACT, and WA (ideally based in Sydney).Customer Engagement: Liaising with GPs, Nurses, Specialists, Clinics, Pharmacists, and dispensaries to establish and grow partnerships.Education & Presentation: Conducting compelling educational sessions and training for healthcare professionals, and attending industry conferences.Strategic Growth: Developing and executing strategic business plans to drive territory growth and achieve partnership objectives.Travel: Interstate travel will be required approximately once every six weeks to manage your territory.We are looking for an energetic, ethical, and vibrant medical professional who thrives working autonomously, shows initiative, and possesses a strategic mindset with high work ethics.Essential Criteria:5+ years of successful customer-facing experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., Pharmaceutical Representative, Naturopathic, or Nutritional sales/partnerships).Demonstrated understanding of territory and key account management.In-depth knowledge of the Sydney territory and an established network of relevant healthcare contacts is essential.Proven experience in developing and executing strategic business plans for growth.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.High level of analytical skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.Strong intellectual curiosity about the field of science and medicinal cannabis.Highly Regarded:Prior Medicinal Cannabis industry experience.Experience with new product launch execution.Understanding of Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) compliance and the regulatory framework.We are committed to finding the right fit for this key leadership role in partnerships within our high-performing team and are willing to offer a generous package to the successful candidate.Ready to lead our healthcare partnerships and help shape the future of Medicinal Cannabis in Australia?
