As we continue to scale, we’re building a passionate team of individuals who believe in equitable, high-quality education for all children.Our central support team works on a hybrid schedule, with in-person collaboration days and flexible remote options depending on role and team needs.Position: Manager of Technology / Technology AssociateWe are looking for a technology leader with a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, and/or IT. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong operational mindset, deep IT expertise, and a desire to create scalable systems that support schools and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningContribute to the organization’s technology strategy and support key long-term goals.Systems DevelopmentDesign and implement tech systems for tracking, deploying, and maintaining IT assets.Infrastructure & Network ManagementEnsure reliable performance of network systems, internet services, security tools, data storage, and backups.Hardware & Software OversightManage deployment, upkeep, and upgrades of all hardware and key software platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana, Clever).Budget & ProcurementOversee technology spending and procurement to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.Security & ComplianceImplement cybersecurity systems and ensure data practices meet regulatory requirements such as FERPA.Evaluation & ReportingAssess technology systems and report performance insights to leadership.Technical SupportLead support technicians and ensure responsive, high-quality service for staff, students, and families.Training & Professional DevelopmentProvide training on new platforms, tools, and systems across schools and central teams.Vendor ManagementManage relationships with hardware, software, and systems vendors.Cross-Functional SupportStep into various projects and initiatives as part of a lean, high-impact team.What We’re Looking ForA lifelong learner with a growth mindsetA collaborative team member who thrives in fast-paced environmentsSomeone who brings joy, creativity, and purpose to their workA professional with strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilitiesCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $64,500 – $90,000, based on experience and internal equity.
