A reputed power generation company is looking for Manager, Operation & MaintenanceJob Description / ResponsibilityMaintaining record keeping of power plants spare parts, inventories and preparing various MIS reports and on time delivery to the department chief.Communicating with all power plants incharge and department managers.Liaison with government various organizations/departments to ensure efficient evacuation of generated power in compliance with Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) provisions.Preparing training calendar schedules for power plants and maintain a systematic approach that aligns employee development with operational needs, safety regulations, and business objectives.Ensure all necessary permits are obtained for the legal and safe operation of power plants.Manage the operation & maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective operations.Ensure consistent adherence to safety and efficiency standards in plant operations.Performing any other task as assigned by management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic EngineeringB.Sc. in EEE from any reputed university.MBA in Finance/MIS will be added advantageSkills Required: Operation & Maintenance, Maintenance, OperationExperience Requirements10 to 12 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, PowerAdditional RequirementsMinimum 10 years’ relevant experience is preferable.Experience in HFO based Power Plants will be preferred.Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.Should be courageous, intelligent and vigilant.Able to work under pressure.Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skillJob LocationDhaka
