The Manager oversees workload, workflow, performance, and service delivery to ensure efficient and effective operations. In addition to driving excellence in application processing and customer service, the role manages admission data analysis to support informed decision-making and leads the admission audit process to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
