Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced BPO environment.Job Specifications and Duties: Oversee and manage day-to-day international operations to ensure efficiency and service quality. Lead chat and email support teams to achieve SLA and KPI targets consistently. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to meet client expectations and operational goals. Monitor team performance, providing coaching and development where required. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and client requirements.
