Come, be a part of shaping the future together with us.Purpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganizationFor adidas, the Digital Sales (DS) department is focused on winning market share in the digital wholesale destinations and marketplaces our consumers are shopping. Our Partner Program team operates our marketplace business model completing the product offer at these key destinations to reach more consumers and ensure an optimal product offer is available wherever consumers choose to shop.The Manager Partner Integrations will execute and deliver Partner Program projects on a local or global level ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the project team and stakeholders, guaranteeing smooth communication and efficient execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage to successfully deliver the assigned project end-to-end ideally through applying PMI methodology effectively:Ensure full understanding of project scope to be able to design detailed project plan.Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project delivery.Manage the execution and completion of the defined project plan by effectively coordinating people and resources.Monitor and highlight any project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project plan and make suggestions to implement corrective or preventative actions.If required, support any changes for the respective project and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.Finalize all activities across the projects to formally close and hand over the project, ensuring project documents are approved, completed, maintained and stored appropriately.Report on project status, progress, and performance metrics until the Sustain phase is over and the project is successfully handed over.Align and collaborate between all functions to understand required links to company standards and operational processes ensuring smooth and fast project completion.Define, build and transform business needs in best practices to streamline operational process to ensure smooth roll out of new partners and market extensions.Identify changes in process and requirements and lead business improvements and internal alignment processes to enable the team managing and scaling this fast-growing and complex business efficiently.Work closely with Senior Partner Acceleration manager supporting strategic projects and key decisions.Key RelationshipsPartner Program Trading, Partner Operations, Product Launch and Optimization teamsWholesale team managing the respective accountsEuropean Supply Chain Management, Global Tech, Finance, Global Digital and Legal teamsMiddleware provider project management teamsMarketplace team and business/technical teams of partner accountsKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesExcellent project management skillsExcellent stakeholder management skills- ability to negotiate and influence will be paramount to success Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issuesStrong PowerPoint skills coupled with strong presentation and story-telling skillsData-driven mindset supported by analytical and Excel skillsAbility to cope well with ambiguity and uncertainty and to quickly adapt to changing business processes and business partners Ability to lead, influence and gain cooperation from individuals without solid reporting line Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures Pro-active, self-motivated & impact-oriented mindset, ability to think end-to-end Ability to manage multiple projects while being detail oriented Good communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills (small and large groups), especially when interacting with different levels of business “Can do” attitude with the ability to quickly draw solutions for existing challenges.Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications3+ years professional experience (experience in Digital/eCommerce, project management, product ownership).Experience in managing ecommerce and digital projects on a global & market level.Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex projects.Fluency in written and spoken English is required; at least one other European language would be beneficial.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.adidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
