Inductin uniquely collaborates with technology industry experts, human resource professionals, and corporate partners to create opportunities for trainees, fostering professional growth and career advancement.Eligibility Criteria:Education:ACA / ACMA with at least 8 years of post-qualification relevant experience, ORMBA (Finance) with at least 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.Experience Requirements:Strong background in pension administration with deep understanding of relevant regulations and compliance.Experience managing pensions, employee benefits, or large-scale HR operations in:Private companies with annual turnover > Rs. 5 Billion, orPublic sector companies with assets > Rs. 5 Billion, orStatutory bodies/authorities.Proficiency in ERP systems, pension administration software, and data analysis tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience liaising with members, trustees, advisors, and sponsoring employers.Experience in public sector/government or regulated entities will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:Supervise all affairs of the Pension Section.Automate and verify pension records.Ensure proper controls over accounting and payment processes.Ensure timely pension payments.Manage reconciliation of pension bank accounts.Manage pension fund plan assets and liabilities.Perform any other tasks assigned by the CFO.
