Job Title: Manager, People & Culture Location: SingaporeJob Description: We are seeking an experienced and people-driven Manager, People & Culture to lead HR initiatives that foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance workplace. The successful candidate will oversee key areas including employee experience, talent management, performance development, and organizational culture, ensuring alignment with business goals and company values.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute People & Culture strategies across recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions that support growth and organizational effectiveness.Champion employee experience and engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Manage HR operations including onboarding, talent reviews, and offboarding processes.Support compensation and benefits planning in collaboration with regional HR and finance teams.Ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and promote a strong sense of belonging.Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance, employee relations, and leadership development.Monitor HR metrics and use data-driven insights to improve talent and culture strategies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong understanding of Singapore’s employment laws and HR best practices.Proven track record in talent management, engagement, and performance development.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving abilities.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in multinational or fast-growing organizations.Certification in HR or organizational development (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, IHRP).Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
