Our work is grounded in challenge, customer focus and open communication.What You Will DoIn this role you will lead the People Partnering function across the Asia Pacific region and work closely with senior leaders to strengthen capability, culture and decision making.You WillLead a regional People Partnering team and set clear standards for delivery and responsiveness.Drive workforce planning, org design and future capability mapping that aligns people needs with operational priorities.Manage complex ER and IR issues including investigations, union interactions, EA interpretation and negotiation support.Coach leaders through performance, conduct, capability and cultural matters with clarity and confidence.Guide the application of our Just Framework and Respect at Work principles so they show up in decisions and behaviours.Provide insights from workforce data that help leaders act early, manage risk and lift organisational health.Work across sites, functions and global P&C teams to deliver consistent and modern people practices.Champion wellbeing and psychological safety across varied environments, from office to manufacturing to field settings. You will be trusted for your judgement and your ability to stay steady when things are difficult or fast-moving.This role is based in Brisbane.This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to work as One Team, focus on customers and look for smarter ways of working will make a real difference.What You BringWe are looking for someone with solid experience in complex, operational environments who can lead with confidence and clarity. You bring:Significant experience leading HR or People Partnering teams across multiple APAC sites.Background in heavy industry, manufacturing or resources, supporting leaders in fast-paced, operational settings.Proven capability in ER and IR, including union interaction, investigations and EA interpretation.Experience guiding workforce planning, organisational change or restructuring.Confidence influencing senior leaders with clear, steady communication.Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
