Manager, Portfolio Management

An established real estate investment platform is seeking a Manager, Portfolio Management to play a key role in driving portfolio performance, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making across its managed funds and assets. This position offers exposure to diverse asset classes and the opportunity to work closely with senior management on investment initiatives, fund structuring, and performance enhancement. Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate portfolio performance through financial modeling, return analysis, and scenario testing to support investment and capital allocation decisions.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on investment strategy, divestment opportunities, and value creation initiatives.Prepare high-quality investor reports and presentations highlighting portfolio performance, key developments, and outlook.Support new investment and fund structuring initiatives, including documentation, modeling, and due diligence coordination.Lead or assist in preparing regulatory, compliance, and performance submissions.Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, investment, and legal teams to ensure alignment between asset strategy and fund objectives.Participate in business planning, portfolio reforecasting, and other strategic projects to enhance investment performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.At least 5 years of relevant experience in investment management, fund management, or portfolio analysis.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a good understanding of real estate investments and fund structures.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage due to regional exposure.
