You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design and execute integration and value creation plans, ensuring that acquisitions deliver on strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead integration projects for acquisitions across multiple European countries. Lead a team of integration project managers to help deliver PMI objectives & value creation plans. Develop and implement integration plans focused on operational alignment and value creation. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including finance, M&A, HR, IT, operations, and local leadership teams. Monitor progress and report outcomes to executive management, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Language:Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
