Job SummaryManage the implementation of marketing plans, develop annual budgets, evaluate market trends, manage product communication/promotion activation and reporting to achieve business objectivesGeneral ResponsibilitiesManage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicableDevelop, manage and evaluate implementation of marketing plans for products and services to achieve business objectives and marketing strategiesEstablish annual marketing budget to align to clients' needs and marketing plans. Monitor marketing expenditures and highlight budget-to-actual variancesMonitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, etc. to identify market opportunities. Adjust marketing plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditionsManage promotion activation and allocate resources to ensure effective execution of advertising and promotion activitiesManage product communication activities, launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, etc. to drive awareness of products/servicesPrepare marketing reports/updates/analysis for management presentation and decision-makingContribute to business planning with internal/external stakeholders (e.g. sales) in budgeting, marketing plans development, etc. to align to business priorities. Advise stakeholders on market sentimentsManage ongoing relationships with external vendors and agencies (e.g. event organizers, advertising agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activitiesFunctional Skills And KnowledgeDemonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industryDemonstrate sound knowledge in the company's products/services and application of marketing principles/practicesDemonstrate advanced research and analytical skillsDemonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)EducationDegree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related disciplineMaster's in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration will be an added advantage
