Manager, Product Proposition

Mô tả công việcLead and manage the end-to-end Product Development Process, which includes the coordination of functional departments in implementing product development activities to meet launching deadlines, specific responsibilities include:Collaborate with Product Proposition Design (PPD) and Actuarial to conduct analysis to justify product designs and formulate business case for PMC agreement. Develop product approval reports (PAR) and follow up the approval process by local PMC and Group. Develop product materials (T&C, Sales Illustrations).Assist with addressing regulator’s requests during product approval process.Participate in the process of developing product operational specifications (led by Actuarial) and system requirements, as well as working with cross functional team for system development and UAT.Jointly (with PPD) develop training materials and deliver product training to trainers/back-office staff; collaborate with PPD, Training and Distribution teams to organize product workshops regularly to address product related questions from sales force and enhance their product knowledge.Work with Propositions Design team to run product launching campaigns, including effective distribution engagement.Be responsible for the monthly Product Management Committee (PMC) meetings / GO meetings preparation for product development/management decisions.Provide product orientation training.Conduct product analysis to provide insights for PMC decision and for effective portfolio management.Collaborate with PPD team to prepare product market intelligence updates regularly.Mentor for current product management staff.Other tasks as assigned by line manager.Yêu cầu công việcUniversity Degree in a business-related discipline.At least 7 years working experience in product development, product marketing for financial service industry.An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.Innovative and willing to explore new things.Able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business.Energetic and passionate about their product specialty.Able to work well under pressure.Fluently in speaking and writing English and Vietnamese.& Technical SkillsGood analytical skills – ability to work with numbers, facts effectively.Good organization and time/project management.Good writing and presentation skills.Good understanding of life insurance operational and technical areas is an advantage.
