Job Description

Responsibilities Prepare BOQ/Proposal/Budget Estimates based on users need. Prepare project drawings through third-party/consultants. Ensure mobilization of resources through contractor. Co- ordination, monitoring of day-to-day project execution of projects. Co-ordination with Design and Project Management consultants. Conduct meetings with project stake holders viz. Consultants /Contractors for Project activity planning in order to execute the works as per schedule. Ensure procurements of Materials as per technical specifications Standards of Indian Railway. Ensure all changes to specifications/work scope/drawings are documented. Own the procurement process and support various Commercial team to formulate the strategic sourcing, subcontracting, vendor due diligence and management, Formulate standard reports to monitor the performance of contractor viz Daily progress Report, Weekly progress Report, and monthly progress Report. Analyze the report data and highlights the gaps timely to the team to ensure timely preventive/corrective measures. Process Project invoices of all components through PR /SES. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and management. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.Qualifications Minimum of 10 years professional experience Railway Projects. exposure in study techniques of railway Alignment in Indian Railways and DFCC Standards. Conversant with Indian Railway Standard and Specifications. Education, capability and experience in project management, process. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Proficient in AUTO CAD Knowledge for study of Railway drawings. Proficient in Google earth for study of Railway alignments. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
