If you have experience in property rentals and enjoy managing a team, we want you!Position Details Type: Full-Time (10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday) Salary: Competitive Basic Wage + Commission Based on Team Earnings Benefits: Company Mobile Phone & Use of Company Car Languages: Fluent in English/ Spanish (required); other languages are a plus Driving: Valid European Driving License (necessary) Start Date: ImmediateKey Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the rentals team for long-term and holiday properties. Lead and motivate the team, providing training and support for high performance. Develop marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue. Handle tenant relations, inquiries, and issues to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate property maintenance and ensure safety compliance. Maintain records of rental agreements and financial transactions. Prepare and manage budgets, analysing performance metrics. Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants. Monitor market trends to adapt strategies as needed.Requirements Experience in property management or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
