Ltd. is looking for Manager-SalesJob Description / ResponsibilityJob Summary: The Sales Manager will be fully responsible for achieving the company’s monthly and annual sales targets and ensuring consistent business growth through effective market development, customer acquisition, and strategic planning. The position requires a highly motivated and result-oriented professional capable of independently managing all sales operations, analyzing performance, and reporting progress to management.Key Responsibilities:Ensure monthly and yearly sales targets are achieved through strategic planning, effective execution, and market expansion.Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management, highlighting performance, key insights, and corrective actions.Identify, approach, and onboard new customers, distributors, and retail partners to strengthen the company’s market presence.Plan and implement sales strategies for all product categories including biscuits, wafers, chips, extruded snacks, and other food items.Develop and execute trade promotions and marketing campaigns to drive product visibility and sales volume.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Ensure product availability, freshness, and visibility across all distribution channels.Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams to align product supply with sales demand.Manage customer relationships and ensure prompt payment collection as per company policy.Conduct regular market visits to assess brand performance, gather feedback, and identify new business opportunities.Provide management with periodic market intelligence reports and actionable recommendations.Support management in pricing, territory planning, and sales forecasting.Uphold company standards in all sales operations and maintain brand reputation in the marketplace.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingBachelor of Commerce (BCom)Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Agro Based company, Target Oriented, Target AchievementExperience Requirements5 to 8 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/BeverageAdditional RequirementsMinimum 5–8 years of experience in food industry sales, preferably in snacks, biscuits, Wafer Roll, Beverages or related products.Proven ability to achieve targets and generate measurable business growth.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel extensively for business development and market supervision.Job LocationDhaka
