Manager Sales TS HQArea: Market GCADepartment: Franchise & WholesaleDirect Reporting Line: Senior Manager Sales TS HQIndirect/Secondary Reporting Line: NASubsidiary/Country: GCALocation: ShanghaiGSMS Grade: M4Number of Personnel Managed: NAPurpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganizationProject management and overall support in TS teamKey ResponsibilitiesPOS relatedParticipate POS allocation meeting and KSR meeting understand ground rules.Collect POS wish list from Acct Sales and consolidate and give out reportsDiscuss with internal Teams on POS Allocation according to aligned rules for resultFollow up with the aligned result on POS allocation communicate back to A.MDeal with conflict case communicate with ASM and MM and come back for solutionMonitor POS opening / upgrade status for progress and compliance.Assist to conduct cross functional communication and alignmentProject relatedKey POS DevelopmentCRM Project and Retail Activation ProjectTS budget planning and business planOverall business performance review Other ProjectKey RelationshipsAccount Sales, RE, MM (Market place management) , BP, SO, CRM, PS , ScopeRetail planningStore allocation process managementStore portfolio management (new/upgrade/closure tracking)Key store open process support and coordinationCompetitor retail expansion info collectionBusiness planning and trackingAssist senior sales director in business planning including annual SBP and monthly RFCMonitor business KPI on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis by different lens and raise the flag where comes the issueBased on company strategy or initiative, set up short term target/evaluation scheme/incentive plan, and track result on regular basisOther tasksAssist presentation preparation (SMT business review, TM QBR, channel meeting etc.)Support other ad hoc business analysisOther tasks need HQ coordinationKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesStrong sense of logical thinking and strategic thinkingStrong process and project management skills – organized approach but also able to be flexible to meet changing needsSolid business sense and analytic/critical-thinking skills – able to solve problems using both conventional judgment and ad-hoc analysis;Strong multi-tasking ability to handle multiple projects across various topics at the same time;Data analysis skills, planning skillsGood ability in presentationCommunication skills, relationship management, Negotiation skillsSales skills and customer service knowledgeRequisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications4+ years’ experience in Sales , Consultant or Project officeStrong communication and influence skillGood analysis and Solid skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.University degreeadidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
