🚀✈️🏢🛍️🎉Responsibilities:Client ServicingProvide strategic counsel to key clients across travel, consumer, and corporate sectors & serve as a trusted advisor on industry trends and competitor activitiesManage & grow senior-level client relationships in travel, consumer brands, and corporate communicationsAssure internal & external stakeholders are aligned on campaign objectives and deliverablesNegotiate & manage client expectations & satisfaction across diverse accountsParticipate in, and may drive, communication planning for travel, consumer, and corporate brandsManages and tracks budgets ensuring programs are delivered on budget and within client's expectationsEnsure flawless execution of all program elements across multichannel programs that incorporate digital and social media communications for travel, consumer, and corporate clientsBusiness Acumen and Strategic ThinkingDevelop & execute integrated communication plans for travel, consumer, and corporate brandsContribute to agency strategic planning initiatives, with a focus on trends across travel, consumer, and corporate sectorsParticipate in budget & resource management & tracking team utilizationDrive cross-team integration/ collaboration on diverse client accountsBuild awareness & showcase capabilities, talent & results internally & externallyAbility to detect and mitigate possible issues, conflicts, and disruptions in the business, particularly in fast-paced industriesNew Business DevelopmentAssess the validity and value of new & organic growth opportunities across travel, consumer, and corporate sectorsWork with the leadership team to identify new opportunities and determined if a prospective business qualifies for pursuitResponsible for some existing account growth and diversification metricsBegin coordinating and pursuing cross-account/practice & global business opportunities in travel, consumer, and corporate communicationsServe as project manager in preparation & delivery of organic growth or new business proposal content & in-person pitch meetings for diverse clientsShare industry POV and strong understanding of shifts and opportunities in the competitive agency landscape across multiple sectorsInform, educate & influence existing and potential future clients directly on our agency's value and positioning relative to competing agencies in travel, consumer, and corporate spacesContent and PartnershipsBuild & grow relationships with key, senior-level media/influencers across travel, consumer, and corporate industriesIdentify global, digital & social communication trends; educate clients/agency on their relevance to various brand typesConceive & tell strategic stories apart from client business milestones, focusing on creating engaging narratives for travel, consumer, and corporate brandsManage junior-level staff on global influencer processes & trends across multiple sectorsSolicit & share feedback/perception from stakeholders regarding client(s), competition & position in the industry to counsel clients & inform actionsWork with junior team members to guide them on editorial content creation for travel, consumer, and corporate brandsDigital & Social AcumenIdentify & drive digital/social media strategies for clients across sectors; either standalone or as elements of communication plansSupport the establishment of social media objectives and goals across diverse accountsArticulate emerging media platforms & if/how they meet client's business needs in travel, consumer, and corporate spacesLead clients in understanding the importance of social media engagement for various brand typesPeople LeadershipManage career development & performance of direct reportsMentor and motivate staff with the goal of retention and development, fostering expertise in travel, consumer, and corporate PROversee resource allocation across team including staffing/hiring/onboarding new talentPartner with Human Resources to manage employee relations issuesManage up & educate senior staff on crisis issues, & client/team satisfactionModel & hold team accountable to demonstrating agency valuesRequirements:A minimum of 4 years of experience preferably from a PR / integrated communication agency setting environment, with experience in travel, consumer, and corporate accountsA minimum of 3 years of people management experience, managing teams of at least 2 membersSound knowledge and passion for travel, consumer, and corporate sectorsGood understanding of the Asian media landscape including strong relationships with Singapore-based reporters and media covering travel, consumer, and corporate beatsA track record of running successful campaigns in Asia for travel, consumer, and corporate brandsExperience in community management, influencer engagement and social media campaigns across diverse client portfoliosClient and business environment: Customer service orientation is a must. Job pressure may exist from the requirement of handling multiple tasks across various fast-paced industriesStrong presentation and consulting skills, business development skills, along with a good track-record of winning business pitches for travel, consumer, and corporate accountsRoll your sleeves up, lead-from-the-front style leadership. Does more than directsFluency in English (written and spoken) required.
