By delivering efficient energy solutions and pioneering innovative water resource management, we enable the growth of vibrant, future-ready communities.Responsibilities Job Description Responsible for portfolio property management in Vietnam, including but not limited to setting up the procedural standards, KPIs, tenant handbook policy, HSSE and other operational mattersResponsible for the supervision of daily property management works and performance management of the vendor working team, to monitor continuous improvement of service standard and performance of vendor working team, and to achieve high level of completionResponsible for the contingency and emergency management at all sitesResponsible for tenant liaison, including but not limited to handover/ takeover procedures, addressing complaints, resolving issues and overall property management tasksResponsible for budgeting & forecasting, process/cost optimization, and vendor selection related to property management functionResponsible for related government & industrial park relationship management to ensure operation continuityResponsible for compliance with relevant laws & regulations, environmental standards, health and safety requirementsResponsible for supporting project takeover upon completion of construction and defect rectification during defect liability periodPrepare regular and ad-hoc reports on portfolio operation, key initiatives, and operational issues for senior management and stakeholders RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Property Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field8 to 10+ years of experience in property management in industrial real estate, large scale industrial park, logistic hubs, or commercial buildings, in which 3 to 5+ years in team leader/ head positionProven track record of successfully managing industrial real estate assets, including property management, tenant management, and operation optimizationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with property management software is a plusStrong problem-solving abilities, proactive approach to managing the portfolio, self-initiative and ability to work under pressureAbility to travel between North, Central and South Vietnam on request Our Culture at Sembcorp At Sembcorp, our culture is shaped by a strong set of shared behaviours that guide the way we work and uphold our commitment to driving the energy transition.We foster an institution-first mindset, where the success of Sembcorp takes precedence over individual interests.
