What The Role IsAs Manager/ Senior Manager in the Transformation, Analytics and Planning team of the Student Placement and Services Division, you will be working with a dynamic team to drive service transformation initiatives and enhance service delivery through digital solutions and data-driven insights.What You Will Be Working On Engage stakeholders and leverage data-driven insights to identify business needs and requirements, and develop business case for projects Improve operational efficiency through identifying and evaluating potential solutions as well as developing and deploying automation solutions Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of digital systems and solutions while ensuring alignment with business needs and outcome as well as adherence to scope, schedule, costs, quality standards and IT/security guidelines Evaluate and select vendor solutions, while effectively manage relationships with vendors to deliver digital solutions and services Maintain system effectiveness and user experience by working with stakeholders to address technical matters in an efficient and timely manner Provide regular updates to management on project progress and strategic initiativesThis is an individual contributor role.
