We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated manager to lead software verification and validation team within the R&D organization.Discover impactful workAs the team manager, you will lead a talented team responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, guiding your team to achieve their full potential, and ensuring we have the right competences and skills in place. Your expertise in software testing, test tools, and quality metrics will be essential in driving our success.How will you make an impact?Lead and manage the Software Verification and Validation team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. People first.Ensure the team has the necessary competences and skills to excel in their roles.Develop and implement effective strategies for software testing and verification, considering overall system-level aspects and interaction with instruments.Maintain and improve organizational effectiveness through strong leadership and management practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Utilize software test tools and methodologies to enhance product quality.Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.Keys to SuccessBachelor's or master’s degree in related field.Solid background in software testing and quality assurance.Proven experience in leading and managing teams.Strong understanding of software test tools and methodologies.Knowledge of quality metrics and their application in software development.Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for software product quality and curiosity about the medical devices and software industry.Proficiency in English language.BenefitsWe offer employment with an innovative, forward-thinking organization, and outstanding career and development prospects.
