We’re growing with a talented team and clear vision to create lasting value.📩Join us to Shape Bangladesh’s Real Estate future with passion, skill and shared success.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Growth:Drive the company’s sales and marketing vision by developing and executing strategic plans that expand market share.Strengthen brand presence, and achieve ambitious revenue goals.Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and craft innovative pricing and promotional strategies.Sales Excellence: Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently exceed targets.Oversee the full sales cycle:From lead generation to deal closure-while nurturing relationships with premium clients and investors.Marketing & Brand Management:Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for project launches and promotions.Oversee digital marketing strategies, media collaborations, and brand communications to ensure a consistent, premium image across all platforms.Team Leadership & Development:Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team through training, performance reviews, and a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Implement and manage CRM systems to optimize lead tracking and conversion.Ensure exceptional pre- and post-sales service to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.Budgeting & Performance Analysis:Develop annual sales and marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and deliver insightful performance reports to senior management for data-driven decision-making.Cross-Departmental Coordination & Compliance:Collaborate with project, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution and regulatory compliance.Oversee all sales documentation and uphold ethical, transparent business practices.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingSkills Required: Real Estate Management, Real state DeveloperExperience RequirementsAt least 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real EstateAdditional RequirementsThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real EstateStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills, with strong professional presence and energy.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email correspondence.Candidates with a degree from a Public University will be given preference.Job LocationDhaka (Uttara)
