Panam Group is looking for Manager / Sr. Manager (Marketing)Job Description / ResponsibilityJob Context:Scandex Textile Industries Ltd., a leading yarn dyeing unit under the Panam Group, is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate must have strong marketing expertise in the textile and RMG sector with proven experience in subcontract yarn dyeing business.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.Identify and develop new customers for yarn dyeing subcontract business.Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and ensure repeat business.Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to identify new opportunities.Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile EngineeringBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingBachelor/HonorsMust be target-oriented and customer-focused.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Good knowledge of RMG and textile industry dynamics.Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients efficiently.Skills Required: Fabric Merchandising, Yarn Dyeing, Yarn MarketingExperience RequirementsAt least 8 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments,Textile,Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsMinimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing (preferably in textile/yarn dyeing sector).At least 3 years in a similar managerial position.Job LocationGazipur (Kaliakair)
