ARM GROUP is looking for Manager, StoreJob Description / ResponsibilityOversee the overall management of the store, ensuring smooth operation and efficient inventory control.Develop and implement store management policies, procedures, and safety standards.Supervise store staff and assign tasks related to material receiving, storage, and issuance.Monitor and maintain accurate stock records of all tools, materials, and equipment.Plan and forecast material requirements for training programs and construction-related activities.Ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials through store registers or software.Coordinate with the procurement department for timely purchase and replenishment of stock.Inspect materials upon delivery to verify quality, quantity, and specifications.Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.Maintain tool and equipment maintenance schedules in coordination with instructors and technicians.Ensure the security, cleanliness, and organization of the store area.Maintain updated inventory reports, consumption records, and usage analysis for management review.Implement cost control measures to minimize wastage and optimize inventory levels.Manage and train store personnel to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with institutional guidelines.Report any discrepancies, losses, or damage of materials to higher management promptly.Support the training and operations departments by ensuring timely availability of materials.Perform any other store- or logistics-related duties as assigned by the management. Employment Status: Full-timeEducational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information SystemPreferred Educational Institute: Dhaka University, North South University or Similar· Skills Required: Store/ inventory, Store Management, Store In charge, Inventory Store ManagementExperience Requirements5 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Garments, Hospital, Airline, Manpower RecruitmentAdditional RequirementsMust be familiar with ERP software. Must possess strong organizational and record-keeping skills.Should be able to maintain inventory control using Excel or store management software. Must be physically and mentally fit. Must be honest, reliable, and responsible in handling tools, materials, and equipment. Should have knowledge of procurement procedures, material handling, and storage safety.
