Leading Garments & Textile Group is looking for Manager-StoreJob Description / ResponsibilityOversee all store functions including receiving, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of raw materials, trims, accessories, and finished goodsMaintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to support uninterrupted productionMonitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock items and take corrective actionsEnsure proper documentation for goods receive, goods issued, and goods returnedPlan daily work allocation, ensure discipline, and maintain a productive environmentSupervise and guide store officers, assistants, and helpersCoordinate closely with the Production, Merchandising, Cutting, Procurement and Commercial departments for material flow and delivery scheduleEnsure all inventory records are up-to-date and ready for internal/external audits.Operate ERP or inventory management systems for data accuracyProvide management with analytical insights on stock trends and utilizationEducational RequirementsBachelor degree in any disciplineGraduation in any discipline with good academic tracks.Experience RequirementsAt least 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments,TextileAdditional RequirementsEffective communication skillsAdaptability in any certain circumstancesAbility to work under pressureJob LocationDhaka (Demra Staff Quarter)
