The company continues to expand its partner network and product offerings across the lower and middle market.The RoleThis newly created Account Executive – Strategic Partnerships role is focused on driving new business and building referral and distribution relationships that generate consistent deal flow.You’ll report to the Director and VP of Partnerships, working closely with leadership to grow the company’s national partner ecosystem. The role combines business development, relationship management, and strategic execution, with the opportunity to shape how the company expands into new markets and channels.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire and grow net-new partners and clients ($100K–$3M+ deal sizes)Build and manage referral, ISO, and financial intermediary relationshipsQualify inbound leads and conduct partnership due diligenceRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forumsCollaborate with internal teams (Underwriting, Marketing, Customer Success) to enhance partner experience and drive resultsWhat You’ll Bring3+ years in sales or business development (fintech or financial services preferred)Proven track record in self-generating and closing businessFinancially literate and comfortable discussing capital solutionsStrong communicator with a partner-first, growth mindsetHighly organized, proactive, and effective working independentlyComp & BenefitsBase: $100K - $120KOTE: $200K+Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, flexible work options
