The division is focused on enhancing the student experience through innovation, collaboration and operational excellence.About The OpportunityThe Manager, Service Delivery leads frontline enquiry and service functions across UOW’s campuses and digital service channels. This key leadership position ensures that students receive consistent, high-quality support while overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the main campus Library building.You will manage and develop multiple teams, champion a student-centred service culture, and collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.About YouYou are an experienced and proactive leader with a commitment to delivering excellent service outcomes.
