Job SummaryDrive the recruitment of Consumer Goods Business in meeting business and organizational needs;Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective execution of hiring plans, performance management, and capability development;Support the Director, Talent Acquisition (TA) in the planning and implementation of country talent acquisition strategies and activities, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team cultureGeneral ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (70%)Lead the recruitment efforts for the Consumer Goods Business, ensuring alignment with business and organizational needsManage and develop a team of 2 - 3 Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering capability growth and high performanceDesign and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on senior and management-level hiringServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, leveraging market insights and data-driven reporting to inform decisionsEmployer Branding & TA Projects (30%)Support the Director, Talent Acquisition in driving country-level strategies and transformation projects, including employer branding, onboarding, and early careers programsChampion DKSH’s employer brand through creative, multichannel campaigns and proactive talent pipeline development across various platforms and engagement channelsFunctional Skills And KnowledgeExperienced in leading and developing recruitment teamsSkilled in sourcing tools, social media hiring, behavioral interviews, and onboardingFamiliar with FMCG recruitment; prior experience preferredStrong project and time management abilitiesAble to align team efforts with organizational goals and valuesEffective in managing agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholdersData-driven approach to performance tracking and process improvementEducationDegree in Human Resources, Business or a related disciplineProfessional fluency in English
