Job DescriptionAbout the PositionHere at Kraft Heinz, #WeChampionGreatPeople and we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join the team and help us find the best talent for the future. Based in the Amsterdam office as a member of the People & Performance team, you will partner with all functions of the business and play a critical role in shaping and building the talent marketplace at Kraft Heinz through attracting and hiring the right candidates. The Talent Acquisition Manager will act as a talent business partner and champion our Inclusive Hiring strategy for both experienced hires and early careers' recruitment. Our TA team are the gatekeepers of our recruitment strategy so you’ll be working alongside senior leadership every day, no matter your level, and therefore, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of partners and customers.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full recruitment cycle for GCC India functions including Operations, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Growth, R&D and HR (sourcing, selecting, assessments, interviewing, hiring)Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key business customers to establish current and future hiring needsResponsible for Early Careers recruitment for Management Trainee Program and Internships, and the planning of live and online events and career fairs including yearly plans and budgetsOverseeing and guiding the local TA managers for recruitment of the Global Manufacturing Trainee ProgramManage relationships with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies).Lead the Talent Acquisition Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging agenda and Inclusive Hiring policy, ensuring the achievement of our diversity KPIsTrain the business in interviewing skills and best practice (e.g. unconscious bias)Oversee the TA community within GCC India and be the go-to person for, guiding and developing the communityManage 1 Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist and 1-2 InternsQualifications, Experience & SkillsBachelor’s degree in any fieldSolid experience in recruitment from Graduate to Exec Level, either agency side or in-houseExperience recruiting for commercial functions and/or within the food/Beverage/FMCG/CPG sector is preferredStrong project management skills and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment for multiple functions and hiring managers at the same time is essentialKnowledge of recruitment systems such as Workday, Avature, Profile etcConfident recruitment business partner able to communicate with external and internal customers whilst ensuring a positive recruitment experienceA pragmatic negotiator, able to spot opportunities and work collaboratively to find the right talent solution for every roleWhat We Offer YouAn ambitious employer; we only want to the best for our peopleA fast career track like only few other companies can matchA flexible working environment and freedom to pursue your passions alongside workAlways room for new insights; if you have a phenomenal idea, please let us know, and we can set it in action!Location(s)Ahmedabad - Venus Stratum GCCKraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
