This is a high-visibility position offering multiple opportunities to work closely with the firm’s various businesses.WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:In this role, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing the organization’s strategy and objectives to help design a strategic plan for implementing pre-hire talent assessments. One vital function will be conducting job analyses to help the company understand what traits and characteristics are essential to measure pre-hire and how they support the broader organizational agendas. You will also be partnering with the internal tech team and vendors to configure assessments within D. E. Shaw as well as researching, developing, designing, and implementing a relevant and novel talent assessment framework to recruit the right candidate into the organization.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Basic qualifications:An MBA from a tier 1 college with 4 to 5 years of HR/General Management experienceEnd-to-end knowledge of recruitment and performance management processesGood stakeholder management and project management skillsThe ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysisThe capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work cultureThe ability to multitask and manage multiple projectsA proven track record of proficient problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred qualifications:Experience in competency mapping exercises and in-depth understanding of competency-based interviewing techniquesExperience in creating competency frameworkInterested candidates can apply through our website: https://www.deshawindia.com/recruit/jobs/Adv/Link/MgrTAPJul25We encourage candidates with relevant experience looking to restart their careers after a break to apply for this position.
