Purpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganizationMarket business expects solid and best in class infrastructure support services, service management and project delivery. The Manager Tech Infrastructure will contribute heavily on seamless running of IT services (day to day support) as well as project delivery (opening, closing & revamp activities) across a specific adidas market.He/she is also supporting the service quality of all end user services (e.g. Connectivity, Service Desk, Onsite Support a.k.a. Field Services and End Device Management) in order to deliver the right level of cross functional- or team services and actively participating with the Domain Product Owners and Business Partners on any Infrastructure related project and support service.Key ResponsibilitiesContinual ImprovementExpect to support continual improvement initiatives and promote collaboration with relevant Domain Service Owners to highlight and contribute towards improvement activities.Relationship ManagementYour scope will be within a specific adidas market where you will be expected to foster good stakeholder engagement/communications. Collect and use feedback from corporate business users to increase quality of stakeholder management. You will be managing expectations of the stakeholders to ensure everyone is understanding and updated on agreed level of our service.Service Level Management Monitors service delivery performance metrics and liaises with managers and customers to ensure that service level agreements are not breached without the stakeholders being given the opportunity of planning for a deterioration in service.Demand Management Expect to receive and consolidate relevant market specific Tech Infrastructure demand and liaises with managers into further execution. Project Management You will be in charge of the various infrastructure projects (openings, closings & revamp) which needs to be executed on time, in full and in budget.Included might be budget utilization for break & fix replacement as well as end of life replacements of Tech hardware. In addition, strong PM collaboration is needed with Tech Core Domain Project Management to execute on priority any projects that might come from domain side within your market. Infra Network Projects (40%)Oversee the implementation of network infrastructure projects across Greater China, including mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.Coordinate with global and local market teams to localize and execute network-related initiatives via demand process.Ensure compliance with global standards while adapting solutions to meet regional needs.Monitor project timelines, budgets, communication and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Site trip is neededRecent project: MPLS sunset for office&DC, DC network security, network EOL, retail Zscaler replacement,devices & links capacity managementSupplier Management You could be expected to engage with local vendors to ensure that contractual agreements are compliant, measured and adhered to as well as proposing and tracking vendor performance.Service Management Incident ManagementFollowing agreed procedures, identifies, registers, and categorizes incidents. Gathers information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocates incidents as appropriate. Maintains records and advises relevant persons of actions taken. Problem ManagementInvestigates problems in systems, processes, and services.Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measuresDistribution Center Operations & Projects (60%)Lead infrastructure operations and project delivery for adidas distribution centers in China.Collaborate closely with DC Tech SPOC, business units to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure seamless execution.Manage vendor relationships and service providers to maintain high availability and performance of infrastructure systems.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.Budget/PR track with business/financeDC infra project incl. renovation/relocation with mixed components(DWP, network, end device), support Tech application project with infra componentOnsite Tech infra support team management(KPI, task assignment, capacity planning) Collaborate with service manager to review monthly dashboard/KPIKey RelationshipsGlobal Infrastructure (Tech Core) Service Owners for service improvements and vendor performance metrics SPOC to local business team leads around overall service performance & escalation mgmt. External Service Providers for service review and service quality improvements.Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure project, preferably in a multinational environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Similar experience of SDWAN roll out for office/DC/retail, Cisco device EOLUnderstand of infrastructure enviornment of offices/DCs/retailFluent in English and MandarinPreferred SkillsExperience with global IT infrastructure standards and practices, understand how to run network related project for office/DC/retail.Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.adidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
