It's not about what you've done elsewhere; it's all about what you're capable of doing here.The Work You'll DoThe Manager, Technical Account Management leads a team of Technical Account Managers responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences across SaaS and On-Premise solutions. This role bridges strategic direction and operational execution—ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The Manager partners cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Customer Success to align TAM initiatives with company objectives and drive measurable results.More Specifically, You WillLead, mentor, and develop a team of TAMs, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.Oversee workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development for the TAM team.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure high team engagement and effectiveness.Ensure the successful delivery of technical projects, implementations, and ongoing support for assigned accounts.Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, driving timely resolution and effective communication.Oversee account health reviews, on-site visits, and annual business reviews to maintain strong client relationships.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery and client engagement.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless client experiences.Drive process improvements, adoption of best practices, and implementation of new technologies to enhance scalability and reduce operational risk.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and adherence to financial and staffing guidelines.Support the development and execution of TAM strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.Identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved client outcomes through enhanced service offerings.Participate in executive-level business reviews and represent the TAM team in cross-functional leadership forums.Serve as the primary escalation point for high-impact client issues within the TAM team.Lead crisis communications and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve urgent mattersWhat We Need From You5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.Experience in the software industry required; SaaS experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Strong business acumen and understanding of client needs, with the ability to translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including experience presenting to senior leadership and clients.Demonstrated success managing complex projects and client relationships.Proficiency with project management tools, CRM platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.Willingness to travel and work outside core business hours as needed.High integrity, accountability, and commitment to client success.The tools to enhance your life - because we want you to enjoy your life outside of work and inside!What Does Sovos Offer You?The tools to enhance your life - because we want you to enjoy your life outside of work and inside!Comprehensive Health BenefitsMeal Vouchers to Assist with Food ExpensesBi-Weekly Meeting Free DaysMentoring ProgramsGlobally recognized Training and Development programsVirtual English Club through Rosetta Stone, and more!Sovos is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an environment that celebrates diversity and where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and employees.
