Manager, Technical Solutions

Gogo is looking for a Manager, Technical Solutions, to assist with the development and coordination of company-wide strategies to maximize customer responsiveness, to meet business objectives and achieve maximum results for all sectors.You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure front-end processes are closely aligned and consistent across the business for identification, pursuit, close and execution for outstanding customer experience.Ready to join a dedicated and dynamic team?COME ON BOARD THE GOGO CLIENT SERVICES TEAM!How will you make a difference? Offer on-site instruction, training and support for new and existing customers to ensure the best possible user experience with Gogo products and servicesWork closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for pre/post-delivery connectivity trainingOrganize all international training efforts, while working closely with the North American teamAdhere to budgets and keep projects on track for successful completion within specificationCreate technical documentation as needed and report on progress of projectPlan and coordinate project schedules, goals and milestones and make project assignmentsManage, coach, and develop team membersQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a related discipline and/or an Aviation-related certification5+ years of aviation experience or an equivalent combination of education and sales experience3-5 years mentoring and managing technical personnelMust be legally authorized to work and live near Basel, SwitzerlandRequired Skills, Talents, & ExperienceExtensive knowledge and/or experience with satellite communications, aircraft avionics, and aviation communicationsExperience with computer networks, topology and cybersecurity best practicesExperience presenting to small and large groupsEffective time organization skillsExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and CRMAdditional InformationBase Pay:Based On Experience And Responsibilities.Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)Eligible For Incentive Stock ProgramYesBenefitsGogo offers competitive benefits that can fit each employee’s needs.
