Role Description This is a full-time role for a Strata Manager located in Brisbane City, QLD. The Strata Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing property, coordinating with property owners and residents, enforcing by-laws, and ensuring compliance with regulations.We have a 4-day work week for our Strata Managers - at full time pay.We believe in turning the tide of mental health and balance in our Industry.It is part of our ‘Work-Well / Play-Well’ initiative. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with property owners and residentsKnowledge of strata law and regulationsAbility to understand by-laws and ensure complianceProficiency in administration and record-keepingExperience in conflict resolution and problem-solvingExperienced Strata Manager required - 20+ schemes / over 900 lots experience.
