About the JobThe Manager – Vendor Management is responsible for overseeing the selection, onboarding, performance, and relationship management of vendors i.e. repairer, windscreen specialist and adjuster. This role ensures that vendors deliver quality services/products in alignment with contractual obligations, company standards, and strategic goals. Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with business objectives.Identify and onboard vendors that meet quality, cost, and compliance requirements. Monitor vendor performance using KPIs and SLAs. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance and service quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and terminations.Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor operations. Support internal stakeholders in resolving vendor-related issues.Drive initiatives to optimize vendor processes and reduce costs.Stay updated on market trends and innovations in vendor management.
