You’ll:Oversee legal operations in Pennsylvania, including attorneys and support staffManage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rulesRepresent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and replevin mattersFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovationProvide guidance and mentorship to legal staffPartner with firm leadership to implement process improvements and meet performance goalsAttend court hearings and manage complex litigation strategy as neededWhat You BringLicensed in Pennsylvania7+ years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or creditors' rights law Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a legal setting Strategic mindset with strong operational and compliance acumen High degree of professionalism and client service orientation Multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain (e.g., NY or NJ) is a plus Tools & TechWe’re tech-forward and provide tools to support that, including Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based legal platforms.What We OfferCompetitive salary Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with employer matchQuarterly HSA contributionsPTO and paid holidaysLegal services and telehealth benefits National discount programsA collaborative and innovative legal culture focused on results Location:Office in Wayne, PALocal court-related travel requiredReady to apply?
