The OpportunityWe are seeking self-motivated Managing Consultants with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of our growing business in Bangkok, Thailand. The right candidate is someone who wants to be at the forefront of growing and developing a business while leveraging our vast network of regional relationships.This role will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with clients to develop talent sourcing and attraction strategies for junior-to-senior hires. We aim to deliver a great experience for both our clients and candidates that lends genuine insight into our culture.Major ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team Management• Lead, mentor, and directly manage a recruitment team in specific pillars / areas assigned.• Plan and manage team of recruiters that work on and supports different time zones.• Drive performance by setting clear KPIs, revenue targets, and quality standards.• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.• Develop training and upskilling plans to support team growth and capability building.Delivery and Operational Excellence• Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations to ensure efficient workflow, compliance, and process optimization.• Monitor key metrics, reporting on team performance, pipeline status, revenue forecasts and profit margins.• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical recruitment practices.• Ensure expansion of team including optimal resource management and allocation.New Business and Account Development• Identify and develop opportunities with new and targeted client accounts.• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients. • Work in tandem with BD and local FTE teams to bring in key clients.• Participate and lead in client meetings, negotiations, contract, and delivery expectations.• Engage and network within the business community, partaking in branding initiatives.• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Requirements• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or volume recruitment.• Preferably 1 to 2 years in a leadership role with evidence in developing personnel.• Proven track record in achieving revenue targets or project SLAs.• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes including market trends and best practices.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
