Managing DirectorGlobal Manufacturer | Bathroom & Building MaterialsWe’re partnered with an international manufacturer that continues to go from strength to strength — profitable, growing, and backed by significant investment following a series of recent acquisitions. With a strong reputation for design, quality, and technical innovation, the business is now looking to appoint a Managing Director to lead its UK operation through the next stage of expansion.This is a key strategic hire for a well-established, high-performing subsidiary with ambitious growth plans. The UK business is already growing, operates profitably, and is forecast to reach impressive numbers by 2030, supported by strong leadership, investment, and product innovation across Europe.We are open to speaking with proven Managing Directors as well as Sales Directors, Commercial Directors, or National Leaders who are ready to take the next step in their career and lead a successful, growing business.The OpportunityAs Managing Director, you will have full P&L and strategic leadership responsibility for the UK business, reporting directly to the Head of International Business.
