This position reports directly to the President of Gordon Brothers Japan and leverages existing relationships as well as expands current network to source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute deals across all of Gordon Brothers business lines.Job Responsibilities/Essential Job FunctionsDrive revenue and the region’s go-to-market strategy and develop multi-faceted, asset-based solutions across asset services, lending, financing and trading.Support the President of GBJ and business line leaders in the development of broader strategic initiatives and new business service line opportunities to support broader Gordon Brothers Japan growth Collaborate with leaders across GBJ services, lending, and trading business lines to coordinate go-to-market effortsServe as a role model for cross-functional, cross-regional leadership with a one-firm mindsetExperience & Skills15+ years of relationship management of large cap corporates &/or mid cap corporates in Tokyo/Osaka area in either a banking, consulting, or investment banking capacity Experience in one or more of the GBJ’s product offerings, including Asset Services, Asset Trading or Asset Financing and InvestmentExperience overseeing large, problematic accountsUndergraduate of national university or top private school, MBA preferableAbility to network with corporate executives of large cap/mid cap in Japan, preferrable C-positionsStrong communication skills and ability to explain our services and find opportunitiesStrong business and strategic analysis skills, including preparation of comprehensive and compelling business plansEnglish communication (preferable)Gordon Brothers offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary and incentive plan, benefits allowance and more.Gordon Brothers is an equal opportunity employer and strongly supports diversity in the workplace.
