GTP Finland employs 50 colleagues and is Europe’s largest facility for physical recycling of tungsten. As Managing Director of this site, you are responsible for upholding the commitment of the Group to produce sustainable products made from recycled materials."Your tasks:Leading and managing the production plant, ensuring efficient and high-quality production and reporting to operational heads/MDs of GTP in Luxembourg and USProfit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the plant in Jyväskylä Finland through close alignment and collaboration with other GTP sides as well the sales organization and service functions.Maximizing our market presence and increasing revenue group profitability.Coordinating and collaborating with operational units such as HR, Finance, Controlling, and Procurement.Supporting and implementing strategic initiatives in alignment with CERATIZIT Group to promote growth and competitiveness.Your profile:An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Engineering or a related field is preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in managing production plants with a proven track record incl.
