Managing Director – Industrial Valve Manufacturing

A fast-growing international industrial group is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead and scale one of its key manufacturing plants in Saudi Arabia. The site specializes in the manufacturing of valves and technical equipment for the Oil & Gas sector.Key ResponsibilitiesFull leadership of a manufacturing site undergoing major expansion.Full P&L ownership: financial management, revenue growth, operational optimization, and strong corporate finance acumen.Oversee Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.Implement world-class manufacturing practices and structured processes.Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.Lead mid- and long-term investment projects (new production lines, capacity increase, modernization).Ensure compliance with international manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO, API, ASME).Maintain structured and regular reporting to Group HQ.Profile RequirementsProven experience in heavy equipment manufacturing (mandatory): valves, pumps, pressure equipment, or similar highly engineered products.Strong background in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.Full P&L ownership at plant or business unit level.Strong corporate finance skills: budgeting, financial planning & analysis, investment evaluation, cost control, and financial reporting.Solid operational experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).Fluent English required; Arabic highly appreciated.20+ years of industrial leadership experience.
