Managing Director – Middle East (Dubai)Dubai | Property Investment | Market LaunchWe are supporting an international property investment brand as it launches its first overseas operation in Dubai. The business is seeking a Managing Director to build and scale the Middle East division from the ground up.This role suits a senior commercial leader with a strong investment-sales background, able to originate opportunities, motivate a high-performing team, and drive growth in a fast-moving environment.The OpportunityThis is a rare chance to establish and lead a new regional business with full autonomy. You’ll set the culture, hire and develop a large sales team, build investor relationships, and drive deal flow across both buy-side and sell-side.Success depends on understanding both sides of the transaction: balancing seller urgency with investor value. We’re looking for someone who thrives on momentum, negotiation, and “threading the needle” in every deal.Key Responsibilities• Build and lead a high-energy commercial team • Drive origination and structure investment-led property opportunities • Develop relationships with investors, developers and introducers • Lead from the front on high-value transactions • Own regional revenue growth and commercial performance • Establish the Dubai office and market presenceWhat We’re Looking For• Senior background in property investment sales, wealth advisory or off-plan investment • Strong experience closing deals with investors or family offices • Ability to recruit, inspire and scale a motivated sales team • Confident operating autonomously in a new-market buildout • Natural deal-maker with energy, pace and commercial instinct • UAE experience or transferable network from a major investment hubPackage• Base salary: £125,000–£175,000 • OTE: £200,000–£250,000 (Approx. AED 575,000–805,000 base, AED 920,000–1,150,000 OTE) • Attractive bonus structure and earning potential • Visa, medical, flights and relocation support • Equity
