Job DescriptionAs a Managing Director you will support Sia’s growth by using your business development, sales, account management and content expert skills. You will be working together with a highly motivated team of Directors and Partners all over the world as well as consultants in BelgiumYou will be responsible with the Partner for developing our business in terms of sales and people management: Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing clients but also new clients. Lead commercial proposals with your team of Senior Managers and Managers.

Attain both sales and delivery targetsLead business delivery and team management at new and existing clientsProvide industry guidance, strategies and implementation of best practices. Build and lead your team of consultants on missions but also in commercial endeavorsQualificationsYou have successfully completed your Master’s Degree. You have at least 8 years experience within a consultancy companyYou have a background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation. Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements. Fluent in Dutch, French and English with excellent communication and presentation skills. German knowledge is a plus.

You have the ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment, within a varied team in educational level, position and skills.
