We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Wellington. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.PrincipalWe Will Count On You ToManage the growth, profitability, and client satisfaction of a portfolio of complex accounts by developing and implementing tailored risk management and insurance programs. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor through regular engagement and communication at all organisational levels, including C-suite. Stay informed on all major insurance classes and product developments, assist in complex claim negotiations, and liaise closely with insurers, clients, and Marsh colleagues. Represent Marsh at industry events and client functions to strengthen professional networks and business opportunities.Mentor and support individual contributors on your accounts to drive results and enhance client service. What You Need To Have5+ years' experience in corporate or commercial insurance with strong business acumen and knowledge of general business functions and finance. Relevant insurance qualifications such as ANZIIF or similar, and achievement of NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organisational levels.Degree preferred. What Makes You Stand Out7+ years' experience in insurance broking, managing complex portfolios, and a thorough understanding of business risk management. Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Proven track record in strategic client engagement and maintaining NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).
