Interstoff Apparels Limited is looking for Managment Trainee Officer (MTO) - Procurement (Trims & Accessories)Job Description / ResponsibilityIn We are looking for an MTO - Procurement (Trims & Accessories) to manage the procurement process for trims and accessories. The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, ERP/OFS-based order processing, and delivery follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials to support our export production schedules.Key Responsibilities:Trims & Accessories Procurement:Procure trims and accessories including zippers, labels, buttons, threads, tags, tapes, interlinings, elastics, etc. based on approved BOMs and buyer requirements;Source from local and international vendors, ensuring quality, pricing, and lead time compliance.ERP & OFS Order Processing:Process purchase requisitions and generate Purchase Orders (POs) using the company’s ERP platforms.Monitor order status in ERP/OFS and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid delays.Coordination & Communication:Liaise with merchandising, production, warehouse, and QA departments for order planning and delivery alignment.Coordinate with suppliers for shipment updates, documentation, and compliance with delivery schedules.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain procurement records and file all documents related to orders, approvals, and invoices.Generate reports as required by the line manager or department head.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile EngineeringMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain ManagementMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in Business AdministrationAdditional RequirementsKnowledge of trims and accessories is preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);Job LocationGazipur
