By combining advanced technology with professional expertise, we provide personalized treatments that enhance your skin and overall beauty.We are seeking an Operations Manager who can ensure that all company activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards — while supporting business goals and embodying the values and culture of Najmina Beauty Care.ResponsibilitiesDefine the scope, budget, and timeline of operational projects, and develop annual operational targets aligned with the company’s five-year strategic objectives.Oversee, monitor, and evaluate day-to-day operational activities across all outlets.Ensure customer satisfaction levels are consistently maintained.Lead and manage the operations team to execute projects effectively and efficiently.Ensure that the company’s values and culture are consistently practiced and upheld.QualificationsMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in operational management, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or service industry.Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee operational projects effectively.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service quality.Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and KPI monitoring.Ability to uphold and promote company values and culture consistently.
