As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide essential commercial support to the project team, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and driving the achievement of company objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting the Construction Team with all Quantity Surveying functions, including contract compliance and advice. Identifying potential commercial risks and promptly reporting them to management. Managing operational procurement activities and providing contract support in collaboration with the Procurement Department. Overseeing subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations, and final accounts. Providing analysis of issues and risks as required by management.

Ensuring accurate reporting in line with Group Policies and highlighting exceptions to management. Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements: Possess relevant third-level qualifications in Quantity Surveying. Have a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a large-scale onsite environment.
