Job Description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. Job Responsibilities Uphold and demonstrate Mandai Wildlife Group values– ETHICS (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability).

Deliver exceptional customer services to out of park partners and ecommerce customers and answer queries on replenishment/ logistics / and after sales service matters. Drive ecommerce and out of park business growth; Analyse the business together with internal stakeholders (ie. Supply chain, operations and merchandising teams) and provide feedback to develop and grow Ecommerce and out of park business revenue stream. Conduct and analyse market trend, competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize sales.

Manage online sales channels, including driving traffic and conversion to the platforms, managing product listing and content, price/promotion setting, managing click and collect flow and stock inventory. Ensure guest enquiry are promptly answered. Ensure product information and price are reflected correctly on platforms and products are launched on time. Be the point of contact with partners to ensure products are launched on time, ensure out of park points are well represented and stock level well maintained. Coordinate, set up and tear down temporarily stores/ display and upkeep visual display of merchandise (work with Visual Merchandiser).

Build relationship with partners, gather and share information on product quality, promotion effectiveness and customer responses for follow up. Provide other relevant operation support to partners. Reconcile revenue reporting with Finance and Ecom partner and vendors. Refine and improve click and collect business and operations. Coordinate stock count. Job Requirements Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels. At least 1 year of relevant experience in ecommerce design and operations or relevant role. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee will be an advantage. Independent and Sales driven.

Excellent problem solving, planning and time management skills Service oriented with a good communication skills. Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays (if needed). Proficiency in MS office/ SAP will be an advantage.
